Payment Options
We accept most major medical insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay options
For Seif-pay New Patients the price is $120 and for established patients , the price is $90

Meet the Team
Andrene Thompson, DNP, MBA, FNP-C, CPC-A
Nurse Practitioner
Hello, and Welcome! My name is Andrene Thompson, and I am a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. My journey in nursing began over 20 years ago when I discovered my calling to help people live healthier, fuller lives.
I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Tulsa Community College and went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees with a focus in Family Practice at Frontier Nursing University. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University. I am a certified Nurse Practitioner by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and licensed to practice in Oklahoma. I also earned a Medical Reimbursement and Electronic Billing Certificate from Tulsa Technology Center. I am a Certified Professional Coder by the American Academy of Professional Coders.
Over the years, I have worked in primary care and home settings, gaining experience delivering comprehensive primary care services, evaluating patients’ medical history, medication use, and overall health status in their home environment, identifying social determinants of health impacting care access and patient well-being, and building strong provider-patient relationships focused on trust, communication, and shared decision-making. My approach is rooted in listening carefully to each patient’s story, understanding their unique needs, and partnering with them to achieve their health goals.
I believe in treating the whole person-body, mind and spirit. I believe in empowering patients through education, compassion, and respect. Whether it’s routine care, managing complex health issues, or offering guidance on lifestyle changes, I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported.
As an ex-track & field athlete, when I am not caring for patients, I enjoy watching sports especially football and tennis. I am also a member at World Won Family Life Ministries Church where I volunteer as a Sunday School Teacher and a member of the True Blue Cell Group. I also volunteer at Good Samaritan Women’s Clinic. Engaging in these activities helps me to maintain a balanced and fulfilled life.

Julette Thompson-Wright, MSN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Julette Thompson-Wright is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University. She brings extensive experience in both urgent care and primary care settings, serving patients across their lifespan.
Julette is committed to delivering compassionate, faith-based care that integrates evidence-based clinical practice with Christian values. Her clinical focus includes preventive health, chronic disease management, and the treatment of acute and urgent conditions. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for in a holistic manner. Grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of Oklahoma, Julette blends clinical excellence with Christ-centered compassion, striving to nurture both the physical and spiritual well-being of every patient she serves.
Shannon McDaniel, RMA
Registered Medical Assistant
Shannon McDaniel is a Registered Medical Assistant with 9 years hands-on healthcare experience, providing reliable clinical support and compassionate patient care. Known for her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and confidence in a fast paced environment, she excels in patient communication, vital signs collection, coordination of care, and maintaining a smooth clinic workflow. Shannon is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient she works with.
Outside of work Shannon is a devoted mother to three beautiful children – Her son 20, and two daughters 14 and 12 . She enjoys traveling, cooking, spending quality time with family, and exploring new experiences.
